Can I return any kind of bottle?
You may, as long as it is a commercial cylinder and not a privately owned cylinder (we do not accept Cadac, Mega master etc from the shops that you purchase privately for swapping out for a cylinder deposit)
Do we do installations?
Yes, we do installations on all products that are available on the website.
Do we have a walk-in shop?
Not as of yet. Watch this space!
Do we refill camping bottles?
We can assist you but not for the same-day delivery as we have to fetch them and fill them. Please contact us for details regarding this.
Will we connect your gas bottle for you?
Should you need assistance connecting your bottles, one of our team members will gladly assist and connect them for you.
How can I make payment?
You can make payment via credit or debit card, cash, EFT or card machine.
Are we open on weekends for deliveries?
Not really , we might have a team on duty on a particular weekend .
Contact us should you have an emergency, an emergency delivery fee will be applicable.
What are our office hours?
Monday – Friday , From 8am to 4pm.
Do we do Bar gas/ Oxygen / Welding gas?
We do not but we work closely with suppliers who do, please contact us for further details regarding this.
