S1E2 Tin Cup Breakfast with Chef Garth Morton
Ingredients: (usually serves 4 people)
- 8 large free-range eggs
- 4 Beef sausages OR
250g bacon
- 250g Mushrooms
- 150g Cheese
- A handful of parsley or spinach
- Fresh bread
- Salt and black pepper
- Oil to line tin cups
Method:
1. Chop the cooked beef sausage or bacon
2. Grate cheese
3. Take a tin cup and add the ingredients
4. Crack two eggs and add them on top of the ingredients inside tin cup
5. Heat water in a pot on a gas hob and add each filled tin cup
6. The water must cover only up to half the tin cup
7. Close the lid
8. Cook from boil for approx 5 minutes (depending on how hard you want your eggs)
